 + -1 moreHaving moved from Southern California, we were completely at a loss as to where to start, and needed a "job coordinator" as much as a decorator, and Rose turned out to be both. We had our share of weather delays and workmen who operated in a different time zone, and we sometimes needed flexibility in work times as I was dealing with a medical problem at the time. Of course, the cost stated here was for Rose's time, and she will contract by the length of time a job will require, as well as other factors.
Description of Work: 4 Bedroom, 3600 sq ft house needed wallpaper removal and or painting of every room except the kitchen, complete re-carpeting, minor kitchen remodel and some basement leak repairs. Rose co-ordinated the project, providing workmen for each facet who were almost all exceptionally skilled in their area and were a pleasure to work with. She was consistently cost-conscious and tireless in her efforts to achieve the results we were after. She is familiar with the resources of the area, both human and material. While she had helpful and interesting ideas when we needed them, she never imposed her taste on ours.
