Interior Design and Decorating
Having moved from Southern California, we were completely at a loss as to where to start, and needed a "job coordinator" as much as a decorator, and Rose turned out to be both. We had our share of weather delays and workmen who operated in a different time zone, and we sometimes needed flexibility in work times as I was dealing with a medical problem at the time. Of course, the cost stated here was for Rose's time, and she will contract by the length of time a job will require, as well as other factors.
