She was very good at establishing relationships and maintaining them. Every year she stops by around the holidays. She was extremely patient. She knew the market and the communities very well. She was highly ethical and candid about the pros and cons of the places we were looking at. She was more interested in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship than the commission.
