Gabe arrived at my home for an initial inspection of the area to be worked on - took photographs, provided a written estimate and we scheduled the work shortly thereafter. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional and the overall quality of his work is excellent! A few additions were added to the original job and he adjusted his pricing accordingly, which I felt was fair. He arrived at 10:00 AM and finished up at 9:45 PM. He cleaned up my bathroom tiles, floors, etc. so there was no remaining dust from the grouting work. I was impressed on the very first visit by his attention to detail and his commitment to providing superior service - not always easy to find in a contractor.
In comparison, less than two years ago, on the recommendation of a friend, I had a different contractor grout my entire bathroom and do miscellaneous caulking. Within 15 months, grout began coming loose from the tiles and the overall quality, professionalism and punctuality of the first contractor was, at best, fair.
I strongly recommend Gabe and the Handyman Tradition. He may be a little more expensive, but when you bring a contractor into your home, it is reassuring to know that you will end up with quality workmanship and someone you can trust.
