Ferraras Auto Body

My driver side door was hit and badly dented while I was parked - Ferrara is a Geico authorized repair shop. They were very accommodating as i dropped the car off after hours and left the key in the key box. Furthermore I decided to walk 1.25 miles to pick up the completed car but when I arrived, he said he can only take checks or cash for the balance owed. He drove me all the way to my house and waited a few minutes while i fetched my checkbook and drove me back to the auto body shop so I could take my car home. I thought that was considerate. The damages were repaired to the best of their ability as Geico only authorized a 'used' door which needed to be installed and painted to match. The returned car was so clean you could eat off of it.. i don't think it has ever been that clean! The work took awhile but they were awaiting the door delivery , so I believe that was the cause. Overall I think Ferrara's provides an excellent service as the car door looks untouched and is functional and I feel that you can trust them.

I went for an estimate. The guy was very professional on phone and quickly accommodate me to give a visual inspection.  The quote seemed to be high even though he made it sound as if he was giving me a better price. When shopped at another merc dealer they matched the price with interior detail and also life long warranty

Ferrara's Auto Body are wonderful. We've been with them a very long time. They're comfortable and talk to you honestly. There's no hemming and hawing. There was some difficulty getting some parts for our last repair, because the car is older and they kept us up to date on it, all the time. They even had to take the car to the dealership, to have one of the parts put in. They took care of all that for us. They're really top notch. It's a family business and they're terrific. I hope I don't need him, but I will use him if I do.

If you have a Mercedes and you need some work done, all of the reputable dealers will refer you to these people. They do first-class work and I had other people ask me who did the work. They originally thought they would need my car for three weeks but it only took two weeks. I got a rental car and Ferraras got me a discounted rate. When my car was done, I didn't have to return my car to the rental place, I just dropped it at Ferraras and they took care of it from there. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for; I absolutely think the price was fair. They do good work and they'll keep your car until they fix it.

They are terrific to work with. It's a family owned business, so you speak to the owner. They are very professional and quick to give an esitmate. You usually don't have to wait around for more than 15 minutes and you don't have to wait for more than week to get your car in. Anytime we've taken our cars there they've had them finished when they promised. They work with insurance companies very well.
