Very well, the home was approx. 100 years old and presented several challenges for Kevin at Emerald Isle, but he was very informative and transparent in communicating issues as they presented themselves. Previous patch work had been poorly done, so Kevin had to contend with remediation and making good both old materials and previously patched materials. None of this was evident until the work commenced and the existing surface materials were removed.
