Very good, I really appreciate how he saved my old door and knob, and put in the extra time and work. In the end, it saved me the money it would have cost to get a new door. Old door is very sturdy and ornate with heavy glass. Could not find a door or knob like this again, it's an antique and not a door that could really be replaced with anything of comparable quality. So he not only did locksmith work, but good carpentry work. Also, I've had no problems having extra keys made at a local hardware store.

It went well until I needed new keys. Christopher wouldn't sell me new keys for the locks that only his company could provide.

Chris was very thorough and educated me through the entire process. The price was reasonable given the amount of work, materials and time he put in. I love the new locks and feel more secure. The back door digital lock is the best. My only gripe is I would have preferred another color that he said was unavailable, but I later saw that color at the Home Depot.

Mr. Dayan was extremely professional. He was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with in any capacity. He gave advice about which locks to replace and which to rekey. He advised on rekeying even though that was a cheaper option. I could not offer a higher or better recommendation.

Came to repair electronic lock as I was unable to lock the door. It turned out the battery to the elctronic lock was dead which he replaced. But he also solved a problem which had been plaguing me for a while. I added some weather sealing foam to the door to keep dust out of the room it safe housed which turned out to cause difficulty opening the door at times. Another locksmith in Montclair NJ (the most well know) could figure that out at all. Dayan diagnosed the problem instantl and I changed to a thinner insulator and voila - no problemo. Would go to Dayan again for a asfe solution. Excellent work.

He was very prompt and gave me a lot of information. He was able to explain the importance of keeping our locks updated. I have a lot of exit doors. He came p with a key-less way to get into the house.

I called Christopher, and explained the kitchen was freezing from our broken back door. He came right over and explained what he suggested. I thought I should replace the door, but he did not think that would be necessary, and it would save me money if we repaired it. I decided to go ahead with the work, and he ordered the materials. He replaced the thermal pane glass and the window moulding. He also fixed the lock, so the door would stay shut. A wood moulding with weather stripping was put around the door outside. Christopher took care of the whole thing, and I did not have to stay home for it, he worked on his own, while I was at work. There was nothing to clean up, and it was a great job, the kithen is a lot warmer, and the door stays shut.
