+ -1 moreThe table and 2 chairs were on display and in good condition. He stated the other 2 chairs were in his storage. We assumed the other 2 chairs would be in the same condition but were not. The table and 2 chairs on display were restored by him while the 2 in storage were not in good shape. We went back to discuss our disappointment in the experience and expectations. He said it was up to us to ask the appropriate questions ahead of time about the conditions of the other 2 chairs which we did not. We think he could have been upfront about the condition of the other 2 chairs. He offered a refund which is not what we were after. We were just giving him feedback on our experience as customers but I don't think he got it. He kept talking about how we got a good deal and he was willing to take it back for a refund. No apologies from him were offered.
Description of Work: We bought a kitchen table and 4 chairs.
