Did not know they were listed on Angie's List and did not know what your service was until they looked you up on their computer. Computer would not interface with printer and router. Cause turned out to be an unauthorized upgraded copy of a program.

WE TOOK THE COMPUTER SOMEWHERE ELSE FIRST, BUT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT. THIS COMPANY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND FIXED THE COMPUTER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY OFFER FREEBIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND REALLY TRY TO HELP YOU.
