We had a clogged drain on the main line for the A/C, which led to the secondary backup line being used. I called several other contractors on Angi who couldn't commit to any kind of price, before finding Amos here, who gave me a reasonable price over the phone, with next day service. And he performed the job quickly and efficiently. He also was kind enough to call when he was 30 minutes away. Just an overall start-to-finish pleasant experience.

Mr. Campbell was able to come out and fix our AC the same day, which was a blessing because it was in the 90’s all week! Also gave tips on what to do to keep it maintained so that it doesn’t happen again. Thanks Amos, appreciate your attention and efforts!!!

Amos was at my home assessing the problem with my air conditioning unit less than two hours after my initial call. He gave me an immediate estimate and I accepted. He fixed the problem with a capacitor and after payment he was back on the road. While the cost of the fix seemed higher than it should have been, I will not argue that the speed and competence of which the task was performed, outweighed the dollar amount.

I recently purchased a home. The central air units were not blowing cold air. They came quickly and resolved the problem quickly. I was a little surprised at the cost, because it was a 15 min, simple fix, but he got the job done.

Amos was terrific. He calmly and courteously diagnosed the leak problem from my unit, identified the crack in the unit and promptly arranged for and installed (on a weekend) a new system at a competitive price. He also took care of the permitting requirement of the town. When water was discovered around the unit after his installation he came back twice to make sure that the problem was not with his new system. I strongly recommend Amos

Amos is an easy going, humorous person. When we met for the first time, he introduced himself: "Amos.famous Amos". He is friendly and professional, doing his work well. And mostly, his price is quite reasonable comparing to his work and to another company that I hired earlier but did a lousy work.

Our whole-house a/c needed a new blower motor. Technicians sent by PSEG asserted that the only way to install a new motor was to break through a wall. Amos from C&S approached the problem with skill and intelligence. He called the a/c manufacturer and determined the correct way to get at the motor: by removing the top duct connection and replacing the motor from there. Not only that, he quickly figured out the solution and made the fix. Highly recommended!

His crew was pleasant, dealt with two very curious dogs, and cleaned up the work area beautifully. I hope I don’t need to hire him again but I would in a minute.
