Great. Mover on time and worked quickly and efficiently.

The owner was very professional and was able to give me a spot on quote over the phone. The cleaners arrived a half hour early and were thorough and efficient. I have 2 dogs in a spacious 2 bed/ 2 bath townhouse, fully carpeted. The cleaners went above and beyond in steam cleaning my sofas and carpets. I am very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

This company is unethical and used very rude and derogatory language wiTh me. The are inflexible and overcharge. They start charging from the minute they pull up in the car. They are frequently late and they claim to speak English when they absolutely do not. Communication is a challenge unless you speed Spanish. The girls who clean are gracious it’s the owners thaT don’t respect customer requests.

They're pretty efficient but they need some more direction. I don't have much of a comparison but I think they're price is pretty typical for the area. I think they're kind of on the high end. I use them every month.

It went well! I was very pleased with the women's work. 4 women came and they were fast and efficient. At the end of the cleaning they asked me to review to make sure they had done a satisfactory job. I will use them again! I was also very pleased with my interaction with the owner - he worked with me to schedule this last minute cleaning service the following day.

They seemed rushed and the quote was outrageous, $1300 just to organize and clean. It was ridiculous.  I had to wait forever just to get an estimate they said they were really busy then. She was not on time, she did not even give me a phonecall. As I was pulling out of my driveway she was pulling up and was like oh I am here now.

Punctuality problems constantly.  I don't think they arrived within 15 minutes of due time 40% of time..  30%  of time within hour of time promised.  I definitely had to call owner more than half the time and ask where they were.  One of the last 3 times they were there they arrived 2 hours late because they had called me and asked if they could come in 15 minutes 2 HOURS EARLY because of a cancellation.  When I said no... they decided to punish me and come 2 hours late instead and tell me I was not cooperative... As a matter of fact I was told I was uncooperative almost every time I called to ask WHERE ARE THEY?

They broke several perfume bottles in my collection... and never mentioned them... Only once did they tell me they broke something when they did because it was a 2 foot statue that was on an end table that they said they didn't see and it fell off.

Last visit I noticed many deep scratches on my end table and when I contacted the owner he put me off for a few weeks saying he was going on vacation... when I hadn't heard from him for weeks and I was due for another cleaning, I called him back and he told me that his people couldn't possible have done them... and I just refused to accept another explanation.  Told him they and I were the only people in the apt. and if they didn't do it that means I did... It didn't happen by themselves... He even told me that the scheduler told him I had people at my house for the holiday... and that wasn't true.   Couldn't believe it..  I did not have guests over the holidays and the imaginary guests were not responsible for the damage to the table. 

Anyway he said it was impossible for them to be responsible and if he thought it were possible he would fix it... but since it's impossible he couldn't... And they would have told him... although they apparently did not mention the other broken items.

So if you don't mind being called uncooperative and  a liar, and want to be blamed when they go off schedule and if you want your schedule to revolve around theirs, and if you can accept broken items and damage to your possessions as not their fault... then they do a decent job... not great.. but decent.

They backed a truck into the driveway, loaded it with all the stuff I didn't want. I appreciated that the supervisor asked to make sure before tossing something.  In fact,  I was about to have them toss a good but rusted plant stand, when the supervisor made a suggestion how how I could repair and keep it. I really appreciated that.

The people that Rest and Relax sent were very responsible and persistent when they were unable to locate the keys that were left for them.   They found a leak in the apartment and took appropriate action so that we were saved more expense.
The cleaning was done well.   We are very happy to recommend Rest and Relax Cleaning.

The 3 woman were lovely. Professional and they worked fast.

Came in a timely manner.  Brought 3 workers. Finished all tasks in less than 90 minutes.

I called for a pre-Thanksgiving cleaning and they graciously squeezed me in. The women who cleaned were prompt, friendly, efficient and very good! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and hope to make them regular cleaners for me.

It went great. 3 women descended upon my home and cleaned it thoroughly top to bottom. The team brought their own equipment and cleaning solutions. I did have to provide some paper towel but that was ok. They spent almost 2 hours but charged fro 1.75hrs. The cleaning went behind furniture and swept all baseboards. I am very pleased with the service and cost. You have to pay for great service. I have paid more for worse service - satisfied.

They were prompt, reasonably priced and professional. I will use them again!
