Bronson Design Studio is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They have a wide selection of quality brands. But, you might say, ?There are many companies who have a wide selection of quality brands.? But the difference is in HOW they treat their customers BEFORE and AFTER the sale. Their web-site is easy to use and ordering something is such a pleasant experience. I appreciated the way they debit your charge card after the order is shipped. They kept me inform throughout the whole shipping process. The beautiful lamps and mirror that I ordered were delivered within a week. Now here is the best part. It?s about how they treated me after the sale. I had a small problem with the mirror. Dave, the principal owner of Bronson Design Studio, responded quickly to help me with every aspect of the situation. I was very please with how he solved the minor problem with the mirror to my satisfaction. I am pleased to say, I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to purchasing other furnishings with this fine company.
