Karen was absolutely great throughout the entire process.  She came to the house to take measurements and spent time with us discussing what we were looking to do in the interior renovation.  She helped to provide design and layout ideas for the spaces.  She was very responsive and made changes to the plans quickly after we had discussed what we wanted amended.  We used the plans from Karen for bidding out our project to different contractors and then the plans were used for the permits from the building department in our town.  It was a pleasure working with Karen and we will definitely look to use her again for any future work that we will do on our house.
