called to get an estimate.no one came for more than a week after a couple calls.someone finally came.  took more than one visit to get the job done -or so I thought.job was incomplete.owner came out himself to complete the job finally - 2 weeks (total) of limbo b4 job got completed, partially b/c someone "forgot" to come out initially. shoud have taken no more than a couple days.

I would never hire him again. He gave me a warranty and didn?t stand behind the warranty. He said that the product I bought wasn?t good and it was my fault for buying it, but he sold it to me. The price was overpriced too.

He explained to me why it did, what he was doing. He was very good. The service was prompt. He was out same day, said between 2 and 4, was at 2:15. I get a year guarantee on the work. I was very happy with him. Cost includes the tax, and service call.
