The job was done very quickly and professionally.  Rich took the time to talk through everything with me before they started the work. The crew cleaned up all the saw dust and leaves when they were done and put back the things they had to move.  The magnolia tree in the front of our house looked much better after the pruning.  And the back yard feels a lot safer now with all the large dead branches removed.

Professional establishment.  Lots of interaction with me regarding where to prune, the effects on shade, preventive measures tp avoid storm damage, etc.  I felt very comfortable with their decisions on what to cut once I knew they knew my goals for the work.  They are a well established company in the area, which added to my confidence.  And the prices were fair.

They did a great job.  They were puntual, professional, and thorough.  I would recommend and use them again.

They're excellent.  They showed up on time.  They have excellent pricing.  They cleaned up everything.  They did their job very fast.  They're very nice people to work with.  They're very courteous.  I would definitely contact them again.  It was cheap because they said the job was very easy.  I was happy with those guys.

American Tree is the best tree company out there. This is family business that has spanned generations. Rich and Brian are
terrific in every way: totally professional, caring, prompt, extremely knowledgeable. They will help you decide what needs to be
done now and what you can do over time. These guys have saved me many times, coming out in horrible weather, doing whatever needs to be done. Price is always fair, and because they are such genuinely nice guys, they usually do a little extra that was not included in original bid! Simply the best out there. I have been using their services for 28 years and I have never been disappointed. In fact, I am always more than happy with their work.

Called several providers - Rich got back to us quickly, came to the house quickly - reviewed the damage and gave us a quote.  We scheduled the work within a week, the job was completed over the course of two days.  Everything that was covered in the quote was completed to our satisfication.  I would use American Tree Experts again.

I needed two big shrub stumps removed. They came in with their stump grinders and chewed them up and cleaned up afterwards.

They know what they're doing. Their punctuality is suspect, but in general they do a good job. They're a small operation, so they aren't very responsive. His work is great, however. 

The Rambaugh family truly cares about the trees they work on and truly cares about their customers.  They have always been prompt, honest, and concerned.  They never leave limbs or debris.  We have had them in our yard many, many times, for both large and small jobs, and totally trust them.  They are knowledgeable, educated, and all around lovely people.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I'd just moved into a new home and my insurance was demanding that I have tree branches hanging over the roof cut away within a very short time period or they would not issue the policy. Brian was very responsive to my need for fast service and gave me an estimate and scheduled date. On the day itself, a crew of approximately 6 people arrived. While the Maple and Crabapple were dealt with easily, the tall Ash tree which was of such concern to the insurance company required great coordination and concentration, both at the top and on the ground. I was impressed by the skill, teamwork and courtesy of everyone involved.

They were willing to work with me in terms of how much I wanted to spend. They did a great job. They are knowledgeable and reliable. They keep me informed. They do exactly as they say. As we have a problematic yard, they have to come only at certain time of the year so they can drive their truck at the back. As no one can reach our back, they even climb if they have to take things down. They are very accommodating.

Brian is extremely responsive, prompt and thorough. We had a tree fall in our yard. Brian came the same day, gave us an estimate and returned first thing the next morning to cut down and remove the tree. We highly recommend American Tree Service and will use them again.

THEIR WORK TO ME WAS MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. THEY STAYED WITH THE ESTIMATE THAT THEY HAD GIVEN ME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I THOUGHT THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED WAS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR TRIMMING TWO TREES. I WOULD ONLY USE THEM AGAIN IF I COULDN'T DO THE JOB MYSELF.
