Jim called back right away and was at our door the next day. He had given an estimate on the phone for the 5 locks and we agreed. He was professional and friendly. He actually lowered the estimated price since all locks had the same configuration/keys. I would definitely hire again.

I called Access Control Systems Locksmith, left a message, and Jim Buzby returned my call immediately. With a day's notice he came out to the house we just closed on and rekeyed all the locks, assigning all four locks to one key (his suggestion), added a deadbolt to the side door, and took the time to adjust a door so it closed properly. Jim's work was first rate and neat. Without reservation, I would recommend Access Control Systems Locksmith, and will be using their services again if the need arises.

We recently purchased a home and used Jim to install new locks in all of the doors.  Over the phone Jim gave me an itemized breakdown of the prices for (1) rekeying a lock vs. installing a new lock, (2) his visit/labor fee.  He also offered to install locks/doorknobs we wanted to purchase or provide them to us.  While there was a mix up on the original time we had agreed for him to come over, he was very apologetic and, on the second scheduled visit, he arrived on time and worked efficiently.  When he was all done, all the locks worked perfectly.  His price was on the lower end versus the other locksmiths I contacted.  I would definitely use him again!

His emergency pricing was very competitive. I was surprised. While doing the work, he found another minor issue that he repaired at no cost. He was just fantastic. I was so pleased with his service, that I wish I had more broken locks to fix!

Jim arrived on time, explained what options I could pick from, offered the price ranges for the knob set, and quickly and efficiently took care of replacing and rekeying the locks.  He was very polite, professional and got right to work.  He tested the locks and was very thorough in making sure everything worked just right.

Jim was responsive to my original call and showed up exactly on time. It took him about an hour to install the lock and he adjusted the current lock so that the door now stays shut without locking it. Jim was very nice and professional. The new lock works perfectly and I think the price was very reasonable. 

Jim was recommended by a realtor I met a couple years ago. He was wonderful. I lost my house keys while out running errands and decided to rekey the locks for peace of mind. Jim originally suggesting an appointment for the next day but when I told him I needed to take the day off from work, he offered to come by right away (on a Sunday!) since he was nearby. Jim was very professional and nice, and I felt the cost was very reasonable.
