The masonry work was excellent.  However, In the past year, I have already had to replace or repair a lot of the other work done.  The
gutters were not attached securely so the gutter came off, the porch roof had to be redone and during subsequent repairs, we realized that they had covered up rotting wood.  On one of the days that they needed to be in the house, the workers were 2 hours late - so I was 2 hours late to work.  Another day, they didn't schedule with me and just showed up (I wasn't home).  However, the employees were always friendly and courteous.  There seemed to be inadequate oversight by the owner and I think the workers were doing work they aren't fully trained to do.  If you want to hire them, check recent work, and perhaps only hire them for masonry work.

He responded quickly to a request for an estimate. He was able to work with the existing conditions. The basement was finished and other contractors wanted to rip out all the dry wall. O'Reilly was able to dig under the drywall. The excavation kicks up a lot of dust but they worked quickly. His crew accidentally sealed part of the drain cover but O'Reilly came over right away and fixed that. A few weeks later we got a lot of rain and the sump pump worked perfectly. I have not had water problems since.

It took forever to get him to come and start the work, over one month. The work was performed by someone unsupervised. They left tar smeared around the yard. They used too much tar and it splattered around the side of the house, when it rained. He repaired a leak on the roof and only after we had repaired our ceiling, and found out that the leak was still there. The downspout installed was done wrong and we had to have another company replace the downspout. Don't walk, run from this company.

THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ALWAYS CAME ON TIME. THEY DID REALLY GOOD WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
