This is the fourth time we have used Andy for a major renovation of our home over the last 15+ years.  Originally referred to us by friends to help us keep our garage from falling down, he was the only contractor even willing to take on the project.  Three others came to view the project and wouldn't even provide an bid.  15 years later the structure is still in excellent shape and standing firm. 
Andy also completed a complete basement renovation for us and then renovated our 1950's era kitchen. 
When we did a major renovation to the top of the house, adding a bathroom and closet over the porch, we made the mistake of going with a cheaper contractor.  That project took over nine months with weeks of no activity while they went off to work on other projects. 
For this project, we were not going to go with anyone but Andy.  Once he starts a project, he is on the job personally every day until it is completed and works hard with the client to make sure that all aspects are lined up to avoid long lags between stages of work.  He is a perfectionist and the results are everything we could have hoped for.  And, at last our teenage daughter is out of our bathroom and happily using her own.
