Description of Work: Repaired a leaking 100 + year old porch, including re-pitching the framing, replacing decking and performing a handful of related repairs on the porch.

Description of Work: It is my pleasure to recommend County Builders (CB) as my experience with their services was entirely positive. In summary, CB was prompt in responding to my inquiries, arrived when they said they would arrive, took the time to listen to my concerns and executed the agreed upon scope of work with excellence. Our company was moving from a shared space in Milford PA into its own office, a small stone structure on top of a hill, formerly used as a residence. The old tenants were smokers, and the interior was in need of a healthy face lift. The scope of work included: Electric work: A minimum of a dozen new fixtures. Plumbing: replacing low hanging pipes, some demolition Flooring: New flooring in Kitchen and bathroom, refinished wood flooring, carpet Painting: Several coats due to smoke residue and epoxy on concrete floor. Roof: Chimney Re-point & Architectural Shingles Miscellaneous: Concrete repair, Kitchen counters and wainscoting, drop ceiling CB performed some of the work themselves while they managed sub-contractors to perform the remainder. One problem had occurred approximately 3 or 4 months after the job was completed, due to the change in seasons, the vinyl flooring installed in the kitchen began to bubble. After one phone call to Steve, the sub contractor that performed the work, called me to schedule a time to fix it. I was very pleased with the way the job went and with County Builder's attentiveness to the job’s success.
