They came quickly when I called for an estimate.  The problem was a little tricky as it was hard to know where the leak was coming from without opening things up.  We discussed his approach which made good sense and he gave me an estimate, understanding that there could be hidden problems.
When we were ready to proceed, they were responsive and showed up promptly.  The work proceeded and when the old decking was torn up, it was clear it could not be reused as hoped.  Some skilled geometry was necessary to pitch the original framing correctly and all the right things were done to insulate and seal the porch floor which was above a living space. 
The guys were professional and a pleasure to work with.  A number of additional small repairs (reattach a fascia board, fix some flashing) were also done without a fuss or big change orders, which was greatly appreciated. The bill at the end was very reasonable given the time and materials used. 
I would be happy to recommend them.

Overall the project went very well. Steve was referred to me through my pastor, and took his time to listen and hear my concerns. He came back with a couple of options with various prices given the parameters I laid out.
It was obvious he put the work in to ensure the project went well. As our business needed to be operational by March having it all done in February was a plus.
