CBS Tile Installations

Every tile project we hired Chuck for was smooth and hassle-free. Any hiccups along the way (for example, cabinets delivered later than expected), Chuck was professional, flexible, articulate, concerned, thoughtful, and responsive. I cannot say enough about how positive an experience it was to have him perform work in our home. The second you meet Chuck, it's clear he's very experienced. He got estimates to us quickly, and was clear and communicative about work time frames and his availability. Some of our tile work was pretty involved to lay out. He talked with us along the way about the layout and made plenty of excellent suggestions. All the work he's done is absolutely gorgeous. Everything looks like a million bucks. He was also very kind to our pets.

ABS Tile was fantastic. They came in to do most of the tile work while the house was under construction and then came back after we moved in to do the backsplash. I wanted to live in the house before choosing the kitchen tile as it is such a large area and we all spend a lot of time here. Chuck is meticulous about getting the installation perfect. He and his assistant Felix work very well together both in the construction site environment and in a home that is lived in and having some tile work updates. Chuck communicated with us every step of the way to be sure we were always sure of what he was installing and what to expect While doing my kitchen backsplash he cleaned up every evening so I could use my kitchen. He was right on budget and showed up on time everyday. We love all the work he did in our new home and he is someone I would not only recommend but would hire again for my own home.

CBS was very easy to work with. We even had a last minute two week delay to work through. Our original tile was delivered and CBS began to lay it out when Chuck (owner) noticed defects in the tile. We would never have known ourselves. Chuck alerted us and we were forced to order new tile. Of course that pushed back our job and his workload. He was not bothered by it at all. He came back as soon as the new tile was in and he and his team did a fantastic job...from set up, to install through clean up. His time and financial estimates were right on target and there were no surprises.

They did an excellent job and I've gotten many compliments on their work. This is the third bathroom they've done for me and I've never once had a problem with cracked tiles or grout afterwards. Fair prices, clean and courteous. Experienced professionals.

Chuck responded quickly to our request for a quote. Once on the job, his arrival was punctual. He followed our design and made suggestions when needed. His work was impeccable with special care taken in laying the tile neatly and perfectly. Once he finished for the day, he cleaned up the area so as not to disturb the household. Each job he has done for us has been excellent. Our tile flooring(looks like wood) in our downstairs family room area especially draws raves from anyone who sees it.
