It was reasonable and about $1000 cheaper than another company. It took him about half a day.

We had an emergency because our hot water heater broke down.  They came the next morning and I asked several questions about the pricing and labor.  There was $500 that wasn't accounted for, since they quoted me $1000.  I had to drag the information out of him.  When I went to pay I was informed that they did not take credit cards which I should have been told in advance.  I was told the permits were included and filed for me, but then the township told me I had to pay extra and file them myself. 

I called the company about this and the worker's wife acted like they were doing me a favor by rescheduling other appointments to help me, and that's why the overhead was so high.  I didn't find this response to be professional.
