Excellent. Very courteous, on-time, fair estimate and final cost. Took the work very seriously, took care not to damage floors or walls. Explained all work prior to beginning.

I was way overcharged for services provided by this company. I had two ceiling fans changed in my ceiling and 6 recessed lights changed in my ceiling. I was told by them because my ceiling was over 10 feet two men would be needed for the job. The owner's two sons were sent one who is an electrician, the other is not and just stood around for most of the job. I was shocked when I was charged $65 for each of them. I questioned this and was told it is their hourly rate and it doesn't matter who they send that is what they charge. I felt mislead because I thought I would be getting two elections who would be completing the job and expedite the process. Instead I paid $65 an hour for someone to stand around. After the fact I called around to other elections and all of them told me that this is a one man job and should take no more than 3-4 hours to complete. I will never use them again and I hope to help others not make the same mistake and be taken advantage of.

We called several electrical contractors. Spring responded, sent a representative to view the job, and made a very competitive bid. The work was completed in one day. The worker noted problems with our electric meter (belonging to PSEG), and alerted us to it. Later, after PSEG conducted the new hookup (and done a bad job), there was a problem with a bad neutral connection. The electrician Spring sent had trouble diagnosing, but called the boss, who told him exactly what to do to solve the problem. They charged very modestly, considering the electrician worked well over an hour and fixed several minor (but unrelated) connection problems too.
