carpet installation
 + -1 moreIT WAS NEGATIVE AFTER THE FACT THAT HE PROMISED SEVERAL THINGS THAT HE DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH. THE INSTALLATION WAS UNSATISFACTORY. WE NEVER COULD GET THE SEAMS TO DISAPPEAR. HE ALSO HAD DONE ADDITIONAL WORK FOR US THAT DIDN'T WORK WELL. HE DID THINGS THAT WERE NOT IN HIS AREA OF EXPERTISE. HE SAID IT WAS, BUT IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T.
Description of Work: WE HAD A FLOODED BASEMENT SO WE HAD THE OLD CARPETING PULLED OUT AND NEW CARPETING AND PADDING PUT IN.
