Carpet Installation
IT WAS NEGATIVE AFTER THE FACT THAT HE PROMISED SEVERAL THINGS THAT HE DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH. THE INSTALLATION WAS UNSATISFACTORY. WE NEVER COULD GET THE SEAMS TO DISAPPEAR. HE ALSO HAD DONE ADDITIONAL WORK FOR US THAT DIDN'T WORK WELL. HE DID THINGS THAT WERE NOT IN HIS AREA OF EXPERTISE. HE SAID IT WAS, BUT IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T.
