It went very well. They are a very trustworthy company. If something needs to be fixed, they will fix it instead of replacing it. They are very honest people.

Heat was not always going on in the morning so temperature was dipping. Repairman came promptly and after checking unit replaced our old thermostat with a new digital one. This seemed to work most of the day but in the evening head again went off. Another repairman came within a few hours and replaced another part. Heat has worked since then. As we have a service contract we were only charged for the discounted cost of the parts.

I have been using them for years, probably 10 years now. They are professional. They call and tell you when your maintenance is due and set up an appointment. I feel the price is reasonable. It’s a little over $300/year.

THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I BOUGHT FIVE DIFFERENT THERMOSTATS BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT WAS THE REASON, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I WENT THROUGH FIVE THAT FAST. I LIKED THE WORKERS, BUT NOT THE COMPANY. THEY JUST WEREN'T VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
