Evaluated the four tires and determined that two of the four tires were still adequate after measuring the tread, which contradicted the dealers recommendation. He ordered and supplied me with two brand new tires that matched the two existing tires. Measured the two rear brakes and determined that they still had 10,000 miles, which contradicted the dealer's recommendation to replace the rear brakes now. inspected the engine mounts and determined that they had normal flexibility for my car with 140,000 miles, in contrast with the dealer who said that I needed a new engine mount immediately.
