Gal's Landscaping Inc

I have used Gals for years to maintain my lawn. This year after we agreed to continue with services, I complained to him that the seed he installed for an extra charge last year was full of weeds. His response was I don?t make the seed I only buy it. I also told him I wanted to go organic and not use weed killer but he said nothing would work, he would only use the weed killer on Mondays. I told him it was time we parted ways and stopped doing business together since it did not seem like I was getting the service I deserved for my $295 per month for 10 months each year. His response was whatever you want you always break my chops every year anyway. I said fine I would try someone else. Please return my first prepayment of $295.00 paid in March. It is now June. I have called and left 4 messages. I have texted him several times which is the way we always communicated before. No response. I sent an envelope with a prepaid return addressed envelope and a note asking him to return my $295 no response. He is avoiding me and has not provided any services this year so I have someone else taking care of my lawn. Jack finally responded with a nasty note, but he said he would send the check, HE DID NOT.
