Stereo and Home Theater System Service, Electrical Service
Lance Faber promised a quality smart home and left me with $30,000 worth of equipment that does not work. He ask for payment for materials but didn't know how to hook it up so insisted I purchase more equipment and speakers, then he just stops coming. He used every excuse from "our truck broke down" to "my main tech has been called up to the National Guard again" , Funerals, health issues, traffic issues. Control 4 corporate won't call you back, they don't offer any real training of their techs. Use Crestron, they require their techs get certified and stand behind their product. if you are installing a smart home do not use Control 4 equipment or Cyberhomes Inc / Lance Faber
