Emilio and his team were amazing. They showed up when they said they would and worked the full day each time they came to my house. He always had open communication with us on he was doing to confirm what we wanted. He removed paneling from the walls, and gutted the old fireplace. They installed high-hats (electrical work done), put up new sheetrock and painted the walls with a chair rail and also crown molding. Any work done was always cleaned up afterwards and never a messy. We had 3 quotes and we chose Emilio because he has been in the business for over 30 years, had a great reputation and we knew he only worked with a team that had many years of experience. I would definitely recommend him and hope to have him visit very soon to do future projects in my home.

Everything was on schedule and emilio and team were very professional. Very pleased with their performance. Every thing came out beautifully. Also everything was within budget.

I left a message and Emilio returned my call promptly.  He came over to do an estimate soon after. We discussed options and I decided to replace one soffit area with a new vinyl soffit, and 2 other areas in the front of the house with wood, since the rest of the front soffit was wood.  We made arrangements for him to come back to do the work.  He came back as planned and did a very nice job.  He was pleasant and professional, and his price was excellent.  I felt I could trust him.  He did good work and he made sure I was satisfied with the result.  I would recommend him to others.  An honest contractor!  Thanks, Emilio!
