Camera Repair Service
They provide factory service. Their work is excellent and they are very responsive. They are very much professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

Camcorder Repair
The imaging sensor in my Canon ZR-85 camcorder conked out shortly after the 1-year factory warranty expired. Luckily, I purchased it with a credit card with extended warranty protection. While I was waiting for the credit card authorization to go through, I surfed the net and found out that there was a quasi-recall on mini-DV camcorders from Canon and a couple other brands that used the same imaging chip. I made contact with Canon USA, and they confirmed that if I send in the camcorder, and if the problem was the imaging sensor, the repair would be no charge. I sent it in. They confirmed that the imaging chip was bad, replaced it, and the camcorder was sent back to me. For the last six months since the repair, the camcorder has been working better than ever. The factory service center will repair camcorders that are not under warranty. Check with them regarding terms.
