The owner of the store was very helpful in working with us to select the right floor & tile for our project, and always got back to us when we called with a question. They did not do the install, we just ordered the materials through them. Through the process, we learned that the same tile (same brand, same color) sold at Lowe's is not the same quality as the materials when ordered through a small local vendor. We would recommend Burroughs.
