Better Living Discount Major Appliances & TV

We went to the store, I think we looked at the other stores so we did priced out the appliances of the other stores. I believe they match prices also so the best deal was through them plus it's a small neighborhoodish kind of place so they're very accommodating, they delivered the stuff, they held it because we needed it held and they delivered it when it was ready to be installed. They were very accommodating that way. They may have cost us after they delivered it. They didn't install but they recommended somebody that we use and I really don't remember that person but he was very good. There was nothing that I didn't like, I've actually recommend other people to go there, they're very good.

Initially spoke with Matt re pricing, and he beat lowest competitior's. Excellent service from moment I set foot into Better Living. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful--he promised delivery on date specified and sure enough, his guys arrived within prescribed time and promptly set to work. They were professional and courteous. One of the best experiences in my appliance-shopping history from start to finish. I will most certainly do business again with Better Living.

They are very nice, and it is a family run business. They have a great selection for electric ranges. Once we had a sitution with one of our insaltions however they made the situation correct.
