RIDGE DOORS

Called them to get some extension springs on my garage doors replaced. On a Monday they told me a technician would call me to schedule an appointment. Technician called and said he would come by between 4 and 5 pm. Nothing happened, no one showed up. Then I called them again on Saturday and left a message, called me back on Monday and pretended they never talked to me before. Anyways, decided to go with them again. They scheduled another appointment and then they actually came by this time. Quality of the work is okay, but i was quoted $120 on the phone, and it ended up being $200. My wife didn't ask why it was more expensive. I think $200 is a little steep, considering it was only a 20 minute job to replace some metal spring on the door.Overall rating a C, I would probably go with them again, but watch more on the price. This time I didn't care that much about the price, since we have home warranty that will cover it.

IT LOOKS GOOD. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THE DOORS OPEN WHEN I WOULD LIKE THEM TO OPEN. IT IS A NEAT INSTALLATION, AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THEM OPENING. THERE ARE NO WORRIES THAT THEY ARE GOING TO FAIL.
