They installed a new HVAC system and the workers were good. The price is what stood out the most on this company.

Our original Duct work was in the concrete slab in the floor which was built in 1957.  We had it tested when we were purchasing the home and found that it was lined with asbestos.  Later on, we found that when we got a lot of rain, water was leaking into the ducts, so we knew it the job had to be done,  The owner and his crew were very professional, courteous, and friendly.  The job took about two weeks.  
Most importantly, they stand by their work.  We had two issues they had to come back to repair.  One was a minor grounding issue that the electrical inspector caught, and one of the lines in the attic needed a repair, but when I called about it, they sent someone to fix it within 24 hours.

We had installed the and quot;Nestand quot; thermostat around the 27th of December. (Christmas present) We weren't very pleased with it. Constantly resetting itself to 63 degrees which is kind've chilly for us 1st thing in the morning. Talked with their support and was told it was a hardware problem. To send it back. Luckily, we had saved our old thermostat. We reattached the old and nothing happened when we turned it on. We called Kris to let him know what was going on. He said he'd send some one over in 2 hours tops. A tech arrived approx. 35 minutes later. Took one look and said we needed to put in 2 AA batteries! (I'll blame my stupidity on the fact that it was Monday.) While he was here, I told him that our heater had been turning off and on quite frequently without ever reaching our intended heat temperature. The heater for some reason was overheating and shutting itself off. He was here for a bit, checking things off his list. I told him we had had attic insulation blown in around December 30th. He took out our filter, which was a very high quality one. It turned out our attic was now so well insulated, it was actually overheating our furnace. I know, doesn't make any sense to me either but he told me to buy the cheapo filters instead so the air will flow better and the heater never overheated again.
We've used Olson's for years. They've put in our central air conditioning, heater, and hot water heater. Always professional. We wouldn't go to any one else.

He is excellent. We have used him several times. They are very honest people. The price was faire. They did a good job. They were very professional.

Our A/C broke during a major heat wave and, for medical reasons, this repair was critical. Olson's not only gave us a very reasonable price for high efficiency equipment, but they adjusted their schedule to get to our installation first. Their work is first-rate. I recommend them highly.
