Called them twice to get someone to come by and give an estimate. First time, I got a callback, and I was told he will call again to schedule the appointment. Nothing happened, I called them a week later again and left a voice mail to remind them, but again nothing. Overall, very unprofessional.

He guided us in the permits, and made sure that all on site stayed on task.
