Right from the beginning we felt as if Felix was an old and trusted friend. He was involved with the Architectural plans, ensuring that our desires were realized in the blueprints. He guided us in the permits, and made sure that all on site stayed on task. He even went out of his way to correct other structural errors that were made in the original construction, without addition cost to us. He did things, that as we heard commented by our town inspectors and quot;the way it's suppose to be doneand quot;.
