+ -1 moreA&W has performed numerous maintenance jobs in our community. The builder foolishly put wood panels on the exterior of the houses between the windows on each level. Inevitably, the wood would rot and cause water to leak behind the wood panels. Other contractors simply came and replaced the wood, and eventually the same problem would happen again. A&W proposed replacing with white PVC to match the white wood, and even put a border on to match the previous look. No rotting and no more water issues! Pricing was very aggressive and service was completed quickly.
