The gutters were in bad shape. He repaired them and replaced areas of the roof which were supporting the gutters.
I found Robert to be efficient and professional. His work was of high quality, performed in a timely fashion. He was also very pleasant to work with. He also was good at cleaning up his work areas.
I'm very satisfied and happy.
"Thank you for the review [member name removed]. It was a pleasure working for you! Like a lot of older homes with wooden double hung windows ,years and the elements had taken their toll . The sills were an integral part of the window and had become rotted. There was really now way to fix them properly. There was also the very good chance of water damage and rot to the framing members around and under the windows. I made [member name removed] aware of that and we agreed that the windows should be replaced with new as well as any framing that may have been damaged. Luckily most of the framing maintained its integrity . We replaced the old windows with Andersen 400 series tilt wash double hung windows, vinyl clad exterior and white finish interior. We replaced all the colonial window casing(trim) and sills with new materials. The new windows are light years more efficient than the old ones. There should be a saving on heating and cooling due to the more efficient windows. Once again [member name removed] was a pleasure to work for."
