Tim was very thorough. His inspected ever inch of the home. Payed close attention to the surroundings of the home, and looked for damage. The home was a tough home to find comparables of, due to is industrial use, but he did a good search and found close matches in size and use. He took his time. He was very friendly and funny. Was on time. I would recommend Tim to anyone who needs an appraisal!
