I hired Arrow Moving to relocate my belongings from my home to a storage unit in July 2024. Nearly 10 months later, I discovered that a crucial cushion from my living room furniture set was missing—rendering the entire set unusable. Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner, George, and resolve the issue, I was met with delays, deflection, and eventually silence. George admitted over the phone that he would check his trucks and storage for any leftover items, which raises concerns about how often his company misplaces customers’ belongings. No inventory was taken during the move, and I later learned that untrained day laborers—not professional movers—were hired without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, a second portion of the delivery was made without my supervision, despite the fact that I only signed the paperwork at my home prior to the delivery. I’ve exhausted every reasonable attempt to handle this privately, and I’m now forced to pursue legal action. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsible, professional, and accountable service. Choose a mover that values your belongings—and your trust.

These guys were great - they were very friendly and professional, and reassuring during a stressful move. My husband was away for work and I have two kids under two to handle, and they made it as easy as it could be. I had trouble getting it all packed well and many boxes were open or not in great shape, but they took care with my things and everything arrived just fine. They were flexible as well - I ended up doubling the amount of stuff I needed to move between the estimate and the move date, and needed things picked up from a second location last minute as well, and they had no trouble accommodating it all without any hassle.  I also had them move things around the house to different rooms last minute as I changed my mind about where things should go, and they did it all with a smile. The price ended up being 300$ over budget, but that was after literally doubling the original load seen in the estimate, and adding a second pickup location with more goods, so overall I was still pleased. They also didn't charge for truck usage or mileage or gas, like many moving companies do, and had a cheaper hourly rate without making me feel like I was making a shady deal, like some moving companies did while I was getting quotes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a move in the area.
