They don't deserve one star... worst company ever. I can't believe Frigidaire or any other retail manufacturer would ever authorize these worthless, incompetent, rude and unprofessional characters to do anything. Try calling them and don't expect a return call for days. They forget to order parts. They never follow up. They don't even realize that the parts they lie about ordering have been discontinued for two years. Oh, and when you attempt to fill them in on all of their errors, they can't shut their mouth for two seconds to even listen - just constantly interrupt. Seriously, don't let these clowns anywhere near your property. Demand another service tech. I can't imagine they'll be in business much longer.

"Okay [Member Name Removed]. thank you for your review. Please provide your comments or complaints to the manufacture. When i spoke to customer care agent monday i advised them the 2 boards were on backorder and that i had emailed several times with no response, asking for part research. Which the agent then assisted me by taking part numbers and doing research. she did not advise me that the board was discontinued at the time. Just that she was going to place order directly to your home. That is why they have to do research. I called you yesterday to follow up and see if you had received parts or notice. I am glad you were able to get assisted due to us providing frigidaire the parts your unit required to be repaired. i will cancel our part order and get a refund for parts. We pay for parts out of pocket and are reimbursed when job is complete. As part was deemed discontinued per the agents research, i am sure they are providing you with replacement options. i will close your ticket so we may get paid for diagnosis."

Adorno Appliances did a really good job. It cost a lot, but I have a very expensive stove and a very expensive grill. They answered the phone, they showed up on time, and they were very respectful. They did the job. He knew what the previous repairman had done wrong and knew how to fix it. So far so good on the repairs. It is a father and son company. It is nice to see the son learning. I try and use small businesses as often as I can and usually try and stay with businesses in my local area. The cost was expensive, but when you have a $6000 stove, $500 in the grand scheme of things is not so much. I would use them in the future.

Overall, the service was less than satisfactory. I particularly object to being overcharged for parts that are easily obtained on the internet. I also object to the way the service call was handled. The men who showed up (there were 2 - one was clearly an apprentice) were prompt and courteous and seemed to know what they were doing (only a little time will tell).
The real problem was dealing with Adorno. These folks are the authorized repair service for a very high end appliance group. I paid in excess of $6,000 for the refrigerator. The repair required two small thermostats - one for the freezer and one for the refrigerator. Somehow they work in tandem and must both be replaced if one is defective. After the problem was determined and I was told that parts must be ordered, I asked how long it would take to get the parts and was told 5 to seven days. After three weeks passed I called Adorno at their main number and got a voice recording saying that their and quot;mailbox was full. Goodbye.and quot; I called the next day and got a live person who told me that the parts were on backorder and that is why it took so long but they had the parts now and let's make an appointment. I did.
I tried ordering the parts on the internet and determined that I could have had the parts in three days for a $9.00 shipping charge. What is really irritating is the price I paid. It sounds petty but I object to paying in excess of retail price because I am captive to the repair company. I paid $60 more than I should have. This company has lost my trust. I won't deal with them again.
