"This is an absolute farce. Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] driveway was completely cracked upon our arrival to the project. In fact, we pointed it out to him and made him aware of it's current state. At which time, HE TOLD US, "it's old and time for a new one soon." We went further and told him of the risks bringing equipment into his back yard to do the project. He once again, repeated himself, and said he wanted us to do the project and would be replacing the driveway in the future. Even so, we caused no additional damage to the driveway other than mud on top of it. We offered to clean it and he said, "leave, my sons need something to do, I just spent a fortune building them that garage." Also, when he called about the crack in his concrete (in a control joint), we immediately sent someone to address it and fill the crack. However, control joints are there because concrete does crack, the control joint did it's job, and "controlled" where the crack was. The water in his building is running under his garage doors. The lip where the garage floor meets the concrete apron in front of the garage is 100% within code. We sent a link for a rubber gasket product to Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] and told him we could come and install is as an added buffer to the water, but not for free, as we would have to purchase the product and pay employees to come install us. He hung up on us and then left this review. We've tried to contact him numerous times to find middle ground and rectify this issue, he will not respond. Also, we would like to add, 1 month after his building was complete, he hired us to do another project. He was perfectly happy with our services, until he was told, "no, we cannot do that for free." We pride ourselves on our company name, Integrity. It's a shame this day-in-age an entitled client can get a perfect product, be told , sorry, we can't do that for free, and then leave a terrible, false review, and hurt a company's reputation. This man, Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], in fact has no integrity. If he did, he would not sit here and lie, and post a false review."

"First and foremost, this person Beth D, is unknown to us. This review says she lives in Blue Bell, PA. We have never once worked on any job in PA. We are not licensed in PA, nor do we do business in PA. We are fully licensed and insured in NJ. We are a newly incorporated company, as of August of 2024. We do not advertise that we have been in business for 29 years. We do advertise that we have 29 years experience in the trades. I personally worked with my father in the trades since I was 16 in either full or part time capacities. In August of 2024, I retired from The United States Department of Defense, where I have a highly decorated career, with voluminous awards for stellar service to our great country. Upon retiring, I achieved my real-estate license and started my own construction company. My company has absolutely no affiliation with Kisdir Group, or any of it's affiliates. I was married to Bruce Low from June 2015 to August 2018. We had a very short relationship, and it ended upon our divorce. My name is Corinne Long, and has always been Corinne Long. I never changed my name upon marriage, because I did not want to change my Governmental Credentials. Furthermore, I have never once been charged with any crime, let alone convicted. You cannot work for the Department of Defense or hold a real-estate license with any sort of criminal record. For this Beth D., to come on here and leave this review is not only false, but criminal in her part. I have just hired an attorney, as soon as I find out her real identity, I will be suing her for slander, personal defamation, false statements about myself and my company, and negatively impacting our reputation and ability to earn an income, which is known as Business Defamation. All of our reviews are based on our great work. I urge you to google me, Corinne Long, you will not find my name anywhere associated with any crimes. I proudly served our country for over 2 decades, had a decorated career, and am now running a woman owned construction company trying to provide for my family.
