T-Fal

The technician from T-Fal gave me the wrong phone number to call him after I made my compliant. The technician said it was it was our fault, we had dropped the iron and the cord was cut. The cut in the cord was because the fire department had instructed me to do so. The technician seemed to imply that the iron was not maintained very well, which is untrue. My husband took meticulious care of the iron. The technician never apologized to me, never expressed any sympathy or empathy for the fact that I could have been seriously injured. The technician was unreachable. I will never buy a T-Fal product in the future (iron, kitchenware, etc.). Their customer service was apauling. Their lack of taking any kind of responsibility was extremely upsetting.
