The kitchen came out great. I think the pricing was a little high than others. I went with them because I know what they are. I am more comfortable and if I have a problem I go with Lowes and I get it fixed. The process and everything like getting quotes and picking up the product was fast but the job took a lot of time. The job started in October but is still not finished. The job to me should have been done by now but I am okay with it. They just painted today. The cabinets were new and nothing much happened till counter tops were in and once it was in the things started to roll. They used one contractor and the people they use they have a lot of jobs to be done that’s why they were stuck. They have done everything we have asked.

They seem to be okay so far but it hasn't been delivered yet. I purchased a service contract for $179 for 5 years. The salesperson was very helpful. It was fine. They called me today promptly to determine the delivery date of next Thursday.
