Furniture - Sales
The delivery guys rushed while moving the new furniture. They accidentally cut the couch while using a box knife to remove the plastic. It took me 3 months to get the couch replaced. The bed was assembled poorly and the frame was cracking. I was told they would be able to replace the bed but they then tried telling me that I disassembled the bed wrong and it was my fault that the bed broke.
