This was my second time back to the guys at Milltown Auto.I went in for an oil change and a bad noise coming from my car. The mechanic knew what it was instantly and got to work on a repair. My car was a 2004 Saturn and some of the parts were hard to get the same day. The guys worked so hard to get the job done, that they even worked to re-craft some of the metal under the car to get the new center support bearing to fit properly. I was so impressed with the work they were doing I decided on the spot to have them replace my tires as well, instead of going to one of the tire stores out on the main highway. This was my second trip back to Milltown. My first trip was in July of 2012. I went for what I was sure was going to be an entire new muffler system. My car was so incredibly loud, that I thought a whole new system was needed. They fixed the muffler with a $4.12 exhaust gasket. I'm positive if I had gone anywhere else, they would have told me I needed everything new. These guys were honest and said everything underneath was stainless steel and in good shape. They could fix it with just a little gasket. I had them do the work and do my brakes as well while I was there. I knew right there on the spot, I found my new mechanics for all my future work. One of my other favorite things was how clean the place is. All oil cans on shelves in perfect order and you could probably eat right off the floor. Great group of guys.

Milltown Auto was recommended to me by my brother who is a regular customer and is happy with their service. I usually repair all of my own cars, but was pressed for time and was not able to do so for this repair. I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and discovered a nasty clunk in the front suspension after a driving it for a few weeks. I scheduled an appointment with Milltown Auto, dropped the car off the night before the repair, and asked them to call me with a diagnosis and estimate before doing the repairs. I heard from them before 10:00AM and they explained the problem in detail, asked if they could go ahead and complete the work, and told me it would be done the same day. I received another call a few hours later telling me it was done. I paid over the phone, asked them to leave the keys in a specific spot, and picked up the car later that evening. The car was repaired properly, the first time, with no headaches. My only concern was the price of the repair, but I really can't knock it. I received great service and top notch work. Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

They did an excellent job. They gave a thorough inspection and pricing before doing any work. Once they started work on the car it was completed on schedule. I will use them again in the future.
