He was professional and very knowledgable. Walked us through the
project with ease.. Answered all of our questions in a concise and

We decided to wait several months to see this project through.

I think the price that they gave was too high. They had the highest bid for my windows. My recommendation will be mostly for the price, I don't know if their service is good.

Home Depot's price was fair and reasonable. It was done quickly and efficiently. The people who did the work were committed and hard working.

Purchased parquet flooring for dining area, foyer, and powder room, which was installed. Approximately six months after installation, portions began breaking and pulling up, other parts were sinking. Called Home Depot - they sent an adjuster to determine cause. Although this was installed in high traffic area, only two resident adults, no pets, so no "hard" usage. It was determined that the product was incorrectly installed over sub-standard sub-floor, which should have been recognized by installers. (This is the best part:) Because of the initial lack of attention, and that we had to go through the inconvenience of re-installation, both materials, labor, AND the cost of installation and material to correct the sub-floor problem were provided free of charge. I definitely would use the Home Depot flooring services again; they back their sub-contractors and value their reputation.

Home Depot was always good for me because I am a disabled veteran, so, I do get a 10% discount when I go there. I have a pretty good experience with them.

I would use them again for the same kind of work.

We have used them to do a few different jobs. I will definitely use them again. They were great. The windows are very strong. They could survive a hurricane.

My one issue was that I was not informed that the metal door in my kitchen had to be cut down. I love the floor and the installers were wonderful. However, I felt I should have been informed that they were altering the door. The installer spoke with the owner, who contacted Home Depot. I was informed by a woman from Home Depot that it was my responsibility to know this information prior to the project. I did not appreciate her rude attitude. I was without the door from the kitchen to the garage for 2 days. The installers were wonderful, but I felt I should have been kept informed.

I THOUGHT THE JOB COULD OF BEEN DONE A LOT BETTER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE MISSING A PIECE OF WOOD ON THE DOOR AND WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY JUST DISMISSED IT AND SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY.

I HAD THEM TAKE OFF THE OLD COUNTER AND FIX THE PIPES UNDER THE SINK. THEY CUT A NEW HOLE IN FOR THE SINK. THEN I HAD THEM INSTALL MY NEW COUNTERTOP. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY KIND OF MESS WHEN THEY WERE HERE. THEY WERE VERY NICE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY GAVE ME A PRICE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I WENT IN TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING, THEY GAVE ME THE SALE PRICE OF THE CARPET. I PAID 120 DOLLARS LESS! THAT, TO ME, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

THEY DID WHAT WE CONTRACTED FOR. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY TOLD US ALL ABOUT HOW THEY WERE GOING TO DO EVERYTHING. THEY WERE PRETTY PROMPT, THEY CALLED WITHIN A WEEK, AND GOT THE WORK DONE WITHIN THE AGREED TIME FRAME I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

WELL IT WAS ALL RIGHT. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE AND I HAVE.
