BLINDS TO GO

From start to finish it was a great experience.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.  No communication or quality check between the installer and the store.  They had to come back 4 times for giving the materials, having the wrong measurements.  Still don't have what we were told we would have and just gave up, but I would RUN to the next blind people - cant be any worse.  Their corporate structure is a joke - was told by one of the store people they were all managers in training and told by the store manager that there was no district manager I could talk to because they dont have one - they just have corporate.  In short I was extremely disappointed -  Blinds to Go seemed very Mickey Mouse and 'fly by night'.

I used the Blinds to Go recommended installer, who also did my measurements. I needed to cover 4 windows, 2 or which were custom windows in the living room. The installer recommended using pleated shades in the living room windows. After the measurements were received by the store, the next day, I went in to the store and chose the blinds. In less than a week, the blinds were delivered to the store and I called the installer to schedule the installation. He arrived promptly with my blinds and did an excellent job of installing them. He was right about the pleated shades. I love them! He also made sure that I was familiar with the operation of the hardware. I couldn't be more please with my new blinds!
