I hired Norlan and his team to re-do 2 bathrooms and finish my basement. They were competitively priced and competent. What I appreciated most was his honesty. For example, he explained the different grades of shower prep for my new shower, and explained the cost differences with regard to rearranging plumping etc. I never felt pressured, only informed. In my basement he was able to re-use materials that were already in place to have a cost savings. In addition to renovating the bathrooms and basement, he detected a water meter issue that required the township to rectify (who knows how long that leak may have lasted!) and was able to trouble shoot and inspect my pool and other areas of my home. His team was hard working, respectful, and clean. I will be recommending him to my friends and using him for other projects in the future.
