Memorable Air Care, LLC

This was my first experience using Angie's list and hiring a contractor through this site. I was a winner with both. Jeff is the owner/operator of Memorable Air Care and I don't think I could recommend anyone better. I used to be in the trades myself (owning a fence installation company) so I do have some understanding and empathy for what contractors go through as well as end customers dealing the people that service them. One thing that life has taught me is that there is nothing better than an owner/operator that is good and nothing worse than one that is bad.

I can say that Jeff (the owner of Memorable Air) is the former of the two. I gave him an and quot;Aand quot; rating across the board because he simply deserves it. He gave me a direct call to notify me of his start date, punctual with his arrival, and knowledgeable of his services. More importantly he addressed questions and concerns from my girlfriend (who is highly allergic to dust environments) going as far as taking before and after photographs of all thirteen ducts he attended to.

On top of all that he charged me $550.00 for nearly five hours of work. Beat that!

Hiring a contractor is a very personable thing. But I would recommend to anyone that they should consider Jeff and Memorable Air Care. This guy is a winner!

Did a great job..very clean, thorough...left no mess at all....

Last time I used someone off a local magazine for dryer vent, he showed up in personal vehicle from out of town and the only tool he had was a credit card machine. He charged me same price for one dryer vent that I could have had the entire house done including my chimney.

Jeff cleaned out my dryer vent after he cleaned my air ducts. I couldnt believe how much lint was built up in my vent. He showed me ways to prevent such a bad build up. He cleaned the inside of my lint trap, took apart the hose behind my dryer and cleaned that out too. I will be using Jeff every year for my dryer vent cleaning.

One day i decided to have my air ducts cleaned because i noticed my vents had a build up of dust that was pretty bad. I asked a few friends of mine in the area if they knew of any companies that cleaned air ducts. My neighbor referred me to someone who is local in our area which was Memorable Air Care. I called and spoke to Jeff. Really nice gentlemen on the phone. I asked him for an estimate over the phone, and he insisted that he wanted to give me an on the site estimate because he wanted to give me a firm price for the job. I'm happy he came over. He is a young man, but he sure knows what he is talking about. He walked me through the whole duct cleaning process and explained everything in detail. He even showed me videos of him cleaning other customers ducts. While i was watching the video, he went and counted all my vents. He gave me a price for $650, i thought it was alot of money, but he assured me that if i want happy with the work that was done, i wouldn't have to pay. So i said lets go ahead and do it. He worked around my schedule and booked me right away. When he showed up, he did everything he said he would have done, he put drop cloths all over my house, he put these neat corner gaurds, they protected the corners of my walls from the paint chipping when he brought air lines in. Jeff brought in a huge machine that looked like a missle. This was what he used to suck the dirt out of my ducts. Jeff also used these whips that beat up my ducts and cleaned them out. I was really impressed with how effective his work is. He patched up the holes he made in my trunks really nice. My furnace looks like new again after he cleaned it out. After he was done performing the work, he went around and vacuumed up after himself. After he was done, he mentioned that he was going to clean my dryer vent for free since i had all my air ducts cleaned out. I forgot to mention, he wore shoe covers the whole time he was in my house which was amazing!!! I have used a bunch of contractors before but none took care of my home as well as Jeff did. He truly loves doing what he does. Well, to sum it all up, i was 100% satisfied with his work and will refer him to everyone i know who ever needs any of his services.
