Swim-Mor Pools and Spas

I purchased my pool from Swim-Mor's millstone office in the fall of 2015, the permits took longer than expected but the construction process was quick and painless.  They completed most of the work in the fall and just came back and finished my pool a week ago.  The entire project came out better than my family hoped for.  I will definitely be recommending Swim-Mor to all my friends and family.  We are already planning several pool parties!

lousy install and lousy service. stay away

The whole process was awful.   To begin with the pool was installed 3 feet closer to the property line than where we told them it was suppose to be.   After they dug the hole and they started to put the pool in, we noticing that the pool seemed to close to the fence, we told Swim-Mor about this.   Their response was, 'well you should have know that ahead of time'.   I didn't pay $30,000 to go out and higher an engineer to determine the proper location.  This was their responsibility to put it where it was suppose to be. 
They talked us into installing the pool over the winter and finishing in the spring.    Big mistake.   When they arrived to do the tile and plaster, not one person spoke english AND they installed it in the rain with a tarp over the pool.  They the plaster was so thin, after 1 acid wash, the gunite is showing through.   (SWIM-MOR did the acid wash so it was not like the company who performed the acid wash did it wrong).
Swim-Mor was nice and friendly up until the time we gave them the final check.   Then all return phone calls stopped.   We started to get the run around and employees turned rude.    Good luck when dealing with any of the employees when calling for service or help either.   
Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

They were very nice and they even helped me fix a piece of epuipment that cleans the pool. They are very helpful.
