LARRY'S PAINTING & DECORATING

I was using them for many years when I didn't have these many properties. Will I use them again? No. The thing with Larry is, I had to just accept the fact that he really can't do big jobs. What Larry does well is painting and that's it. Larry could tell you that he does everything else. Either Larry doesn't have a big enough crew or he has taken too many jobs all at one time. The ironic thing about it is, the quality of work that he did is an A+. If I had a project that wasn't under time constraint, I would give it to Larry. But that's not realistic for me at every project. Larry took five months to do a deck. His painting prices are excellent. But he does not know how to provide a quote for anything else except for painting. He really doesn't. Construction is not him. I don't even want to say he is just starting out in construction because he has done bathrooms for me and he actually does the bathrooms very, very well. But he takes too long. Larry will pick up the phone every time I call. I hate the excuses he gives me. It's not like he dodges me. I just never have a clear-cut answer as to why you're so delayed. It's always somebody else's fault. Not the fact that you're not on site everyday. He does respond if I call him. He is very professional. I've lost my temper with him many times and he has never yelled back at me.
