The special was not really "special" - it you have to pay $5,000 to have shelves installed inside your cabinets, then $150 that buys $500 worth of services is not a real "deal". In my view these shelves are seriously overpriced.

Scott, the owner, arrived on time on the date agreed to for the project evaluation. He explained the various options that was available for a small space. He was very professional and gave us confidence that he would be a good person with whom to deal. The price he presented was reasonable. He signed the contract. A few days later we were contacted by the installer Jeff Rosen. We agreed on a date and time for measuring the closet. Jeff arrived on time, and he was also very professional. We noted that we needed the project to be completed by the end of January. Jeff gave us confidence that the job would be done on time. The job was completed in one day and on schedule. The quality of the job was great. The installation was done seamlessly and cleanly. We are very happy with the results. Without question we would use Shelf Genie and Jeff in the future.

All three of the men involved with the purchase of cabinet selfing were very professional in execution of their individual roles. 1. Introduction to the product was followed by a spot-on assessment of user need, status of current cabinets and a match of need with appropriate ShelfGenie products. Measurements taken, options reviewed and selection made...leading to pricing and specific information about future steps through installation. Absolutely no sales pressure and my decision to do only half of the cabinets at this time was accepted with the same graciousness as one would expect with a very large order. 2. Detailed measurements were taken a few days later. Again, provider arrived on time and task was completed efficiently. 3. Installation today. The process was as smooth today as were the prior two steps. An estimate of the time that would be needed to do the job was given when the appointment was made. Clearly there was an experienced man in the kitchen today. He finished the job, had me use the shelves as he answered my question, then gathered his materials all within the anticipated time. If you live a busy life and are looking for a no-regrets experience on this type of home improvement, do give ShelfGenie of Metro NJ a call.

They came for an estimate and the estimate was a lot more than expected and he didn’t have an exact solution to our problem.

It's a good product but the project was just a little more expensive than I had in mind so I was unable to use this deal. Scott was really nice and very professional.

I have decided not to go with them at this time.

Rep came to view cabinets where I wanted the roll outs. Made helpful suggestions to come up with a plan to fit my needs. Had his installer come to measure several days later. In about 4 weeks called that they were ready and made a date for installation which went very smoothly. Everyone very professional and punctual. Very pleased with the results.

Ron Kolins arrived earlier than promised, and did a very good job. He was efficient, and he work area was kep clean and orderly. He confirmed the exact heights and measurements prior to putting the gliding cabinets into place. I would recommend Ron Kolins for this types of jobs. He knew his craft and is an expert in his area.

I had several shelves installed in my kitchen cabinets and even nj the bottom of my closet. Excellent improvement in organization and accessibility. No more hunting for items in the back of the cabinet. John was very professional and committed to an excellent final project.

This really improved my kitchen. I had extremely old cabinets and drawers. The owner before me replaced the fronts but the insides were terrible. I selected the most important ones and Shelf Genie made them better than new. They came and measured, (did not try to up-sell or over-sell me) and about 5 weeks later the wonderful Ron came and installed everything. I know have an amazing 2 slider cabinet for all the tupperware containers. A great slider for under the sink stuff and 3 better than new drawers that slide so beautifully. Wish I could have afforded to relpace ALL the old drawers in my kitchen, but it was not possible at the time.

From first call through installation, service was responsive and professional. Only slight issue, because of my building requirements for contractors, I could have used an extra day's notice before installer came. I am very satisfied with this product, getting it was easy and timely, and I now have a much more functional kitchen without having to do an inconvenient remodeling to replace my existing cabinets.

From the initial call to the appointment and installation it was very professional. The Installers were Great. They had to do several difficult modifications and they were extremely meticulous. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them.

The work turned out excellent! They had made one mis-measurement, but they came back and rectified that within three weeks. The price was a little high, but the quality was great!

The work was terrific and there were no problems at all! They actually moved up the installation date to accommodate other things we had going on around the house. They were right on time for the installation and it went without a hitch! The salesperson and installer were just terrific! They gave me exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased. They were very good and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

When I saw the Shelf Genie display at the Morristown Home Show I declared "I need that!" My kitchen drawers and cabinets were ancient and not functioning well for me at all. (I have a small kitchen, so every space counts!) Soon after that Susan came out and discussed my priorities for revising the guts of my kitchen drawers and cabinets. She showed me the available options and developed a plan that adressed my needs within my budget. (I don't plan to be in the house for the long term, so I went with the basic line instead of the premium line). I had 3 drawers replaced and slide-out shelves installed in two cabinets. She did not push me to do more than I wanted/needed. The following week Ron came out and took detailed measurements. Then the items were crafted "at the factory". A few weeks later Ron came back and did a perfect, neat, clean installation. (My cabinets are so old, that they had to add additional carpentry to make the new drawers fit. That was taken in to account without complaint or extra charges.) I felt comfortable having this workman in my house without needing to stay home every minute. The job is wonderful, my drawers glide in and out beautifully, I can store all my tupperware on the glide-outs in one cabinet, and the cleaning items on the-glide-outs under my sink. No-one can see the difference when they walk in my kitchen, but me and my sons know the difference when we use these items everyday.
